California Woman Sues Nagila Pizza for Food Poisoning
Nagila Pizza is being sued by Sherri Hoffman for allegedly serving contaminated food that caused her food poisoning. Hoffman had attended a party in Los Angeles catered by Nagila Pizza. After consuming the food, Hoffman and other guests became ill and Hoffman was hospitalized. California personal injury law firm Bisnar Chase is representing Hoffman. The case was filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, Los Angeles County, Case #SC101874 with Judge Joseph S. Biderman presiding.
